Rony Herz began his career at Scali McCabe Sloves/NY in the early 1980's working on such accounts as Hertz, Maxell, Nikon, Perdue and Volvo. Later at LGFE/JWT he worked on WNBC-TV, IBMand FUJI. And then at Lintas as an Associate Creative Director on Carnation, MasterCard and Paul Masson. Returning to Israel in the early 1990's, he became Creative Director and Partner at Grey/Israel and then McCann-Erickson.
In 1999, Rony founded Ofer&Herz, which later became associated with DDB. Recognized as a leading creative shop, its clients included: Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Suzuki Motorcycles, Johnson & Johnson, Fa, B&O and El Al Israel Airlines Cargo. One of the agency's most significant works was the launch of Red Bull Energy Drink in 1999 and its ongoing campaign through 2007.
In 2007 the Agency changed its format and became Herz Brand Interface – a brandvertising boutique.

Atara Bieler has majored in social and organizational psychology in Bar Ilan University and worked as an organizational consultant for 6 years. Atara discovered the magic of marketing communication, branding and advertising upon administering focus groups as a part time job. This is what made up her mind to join an ad agency as a researcher and later on – as a strategic planner. The rest is history. She fell in love with the whole world of creating cutting edge innovative ideas in challenging markets.

Tzeela, a graphic designer, is a graduate of the visual communication department at "Vital”.With over eight years of experience at a leading design studio, Tzeela gained a great deal of design know-how, working on numerous quality projects with a wide variety of clients, both locally and internationally.
Tzeela specializes in branding and creating graphic language, as well as providing professional design solutions for the various types of media. She is also a lecturer at Archijob Studio - The Center for Design and Architecture Studies.
Tzeela believes in the power of a simple, exact and straightforward design that has clear values for the target audience.
Her philosophy: A good design starts as dialogue with the customer and entails research and familiarity with the marketplace. It continues with an exact and creative design solution and ends with meticulous execution, down to the smallest detail.
Award winning designer and marketing expert, was an Honors graduate of the Department of Visual Communications at the Vital School for Design. Her formative years were spent at Daedalus Design Studio; from there she moved into advertising with such leading firms as Fogel Levin / Ogilvy and OHL / DDB.
Iris strongly believes that the creative process is a collaborative one between the clients - the experts in their own business and industry - and the creative team. She approaches each project with a strategy that joins the meaning of texts with the values of a company's brand and product for maximum impact.
This journey has reaped numerous awards for her commercials and design, including the Golden Cactus, Golden Cut, Designed In Israel and New York Festival, among many others. Iris' work has appeared in top-tier design magazines.

Richard spent his first sixteen years at some of New York’s biggest and most creative agencies, including L.G.F.E, Lintas and Dentsu. More recently he has served as Creative Director for O’Neal & Prelle in Hartford and Mason, Inc. in New Haven, Connecticut.
He has developed major campaigns for such international accounts as IBM, Fuji, MasterCard, Canon, Japan Airlines, SAS and Yale-New Haven Health.
Richard’s work has been honored with gold at the New York Festivals, as well as awards at the The One Show, Addys and Clios.
Israeli born, native English-speaking copywriter, who has lived, breathed and digested advertising and branding on three different continents. After graduating first in her class from the ACC School of Advertising, Tal set out to use her talent and skills in the advertising world, becoming a senior copywriter in major Israeli advertising agencies.
For the past 17 years, Tal has been developing innovative websites, UI and UX for start-ups and consulting for app companies. Not to mention branding everything from cosmetics to solar energy, baby products and investment groups. She has even translated the Bible in rhyme.Yes, rhyme.
